Originally retailed for $9.00 for 2 ounces.

Fragrance Composition:


So what does it smell like? It is classified as a floral perfume and was described as a "subtle yet provocative" rich and worldly floral bouquet perfume. A peach odor predominates in this heavy fruity perfume.

  • Top notes: citrus, lemon, orange, peach, and neroli
  • Middle notes: rose, jasmine, ylang ylang, apricot, carnation, cinnamon, orris
  • Base notes: benzoin, ambergris, vanilla, sandalwood, vetiver, musk, resins, oakmoss, labdanum, patchouli and cedar

Contained in the bottles I dub the "Arch Top."


Harper's Bazaar - Volume 84, 1950:
"Straight from Paris, in plain brown wrappings and the simplest bottles he could find, come Lucien Lelong s latest perfumes — No. 6 is a spicy floral: No. 7, rich and worldly: both have been balanced and aged in the Lelong vats for years."
